Is VO₂ Max Protection automatically enabled?
Yes! Enduruc 2.0 and later versions automatically include VO₂ Max Protection.
Why don't I see live heart rate when starting a workout on my iPhone?
When you start a workout on your iPhone, the Apple Watch doesn't provide live heart rate because it isn't running its own workout. To see live heart rate, start the workout on your Apple Watch or connect a Bluetooth chest strap or armband to your iPhone.
Does starting a workout on my iPhone also start a workout on my Apple Watch?
No. Starting a workout on your iPhone does not start a workout on your Apple Watch, and the two workouts can't be linked. Since the watch isn't running its own workout, it won't send live heart-rate data. If you want to use the Apple Watch's heart-rate sensor, begin the workout directly from the watch.
Where can I enter the ruck weight in the app?
On the watch, open the app, and you'll see a button that says "Add Weight". On your phone, find the Ruck tab and tap it, at the top of the screen there should be a plus button you can use to add weight.
How do I start a workout after entering the weight in the Enduruc watch app?
Once you've entered your ruck weight, just tap the row with that weight to begin your workout.
Does Enduruc track workouts on the iPhone?
Yes! You can now track workouts on both your iPhone and Apple Watch. Choose whichever device is most convenient for you.
If I delete Enduruc, will I lose my workout data?
If you set up Enduruc to work with Apple Health, your iPhone/Watch will save that data in Apple Health.
How do I ensure Enduruc can read and write data to Apple Health?
If you open the Health app on your iPhone, tap "Sharing" at the bottom of the screen, then select "Apps." Enduruc will be in the list. Tap on it and make sure all permissions are enabled.
