Enduruc 1.4 – Enhanced Workout Details & iOS Heart Rate Zones
by Josh Kuehn
Enduruc 1.4 enhances your post-workout analysis with a cleaner, more organized workout detail view and brings heart rate zones visualization to iOS. Now, you can dive deeper into your training data across devices.
What’s New in Enduruc 1.4
This release focuses on making your workout data more accessible and actionable. Whether you’re reviewing yesterday’s ruck or analyzing trends over time, these improvements make it easier to understand your training.
Highlights
- Heart Rate Zones Chart on iOS – The post-workout heart rate zones chart, previously available only on Apple Watch, is now on your iPhone too, complete with visual showing time spent in each zone.
- Refreshed Workout Detail View – A cleaner layout with improved spacing and organization makes it easier to review your ruck data at a glance.
Heart Rate Zones Come to iOS
Following the success of heart rate zone training introduced in version 1.2 for Apple Watch, this feature is now available on iOS with rich visual charts. You can see exactly how much time you spent in each training zone, helping you understand whether you hit your intended effort level and plan future workouts accordingly.
This makes it easier than ever to review your training intensity patterns and adjust your approach—whether you’re building endurance in Zone 2 or pushing performance in Zone 4.
If Enduruc is helping you track and improve your rucking, consider leaving a quick App Store review. Your feedback supports continued development and helps fellow ruckers discover the app.
